1. Services

LocalBrush provides professional wall and ceiling painting services across Staffordshire and Cheshire. We do not provide plastering, wallpapering, external painting, or general decorating services.

2. Quotes and Pricing

Online estimates provided through our quote calculator are indicative only and based on average UK room sizes. Final pricing is confirmed after a free, no-obligation site visit. All quotes include labour, Dulux Trade paint, and materials unless otherwise stated. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

3. Booking and Scheduling

Project start dates are confirmed upon acceptance of a quote. We will make every effort to start on the agreed date but reserve the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances. We will provide as much notice as possible if rescheduling is necessary.

4. Payment

Payment terms will be agreed upon acceptance of the quote. For larger projects, we may request a deposit. Full payment is due upon satisfactory completion of the work.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are asked to:

  • Provide clear access to the rooms being painted
  • Move heavy or valuable items away from walls before work begins
  • Inform us of any known issues (damp, mould, structural problems)
  • Ensure adequate ventilation during and after painting

6. Quality Guarantee

We guarantee the quality of our workmanship. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the finish, we will return and rectify it at no additional cost, provided you notify us within 14 days of project completion.

7. Insurance

We hold full public liability insurance. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel a booking with at least 48 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee to cover preparation costs.

9. Limitation of Liability

While we take every care to protect your property, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, issues arising from undisclosed problems (e.g., hidden damp), or damage to items not moved despite our request.
